What is covered

Our products are covered against manufacturing defects: a seam that fails, a fastening that breaks in normal use, a reflective layer that separates. If the fault is in the material or the making, we put it right. We do not publish a fixed warranty period: your rights under UAE consumer protection apply.

What is not covered

Normal wear over time, accidental damage, misuse, and damage from use outside what the product is made for.

How to make a claim

Reach us on any channel on the contact page with your order number and a photo of the fault. We assess it and, where the claim holds, repair, replace, or refund per your rights under UAE consumer protection.
